Yes You Can!

You can learn to innovate!  Remember when people thought that leaders were born, not made?  Many people now think the same thing about innovation.  Talk to people who are successful in either of these fields and you will find people who think (a lot) about what they are doing.  Successful people, in any profession, are bound to be among the first to discuss, share, read, and thirst for knowledge related to their craft.  They understand the importance of life-long learning and they take advantage of the array of available knowledge.  Collectively we are able to more quickly add to what we have gained from our own individual experiences.
