Ruth Schneider:

Ruth Schneider is the first person in the United States to be fully certified to deliver the GoInnovate! System. Her 25 years of experience as a manager, educator and consultant provide her with a unique combination of the theory and practice of innovation within large organizations. She possesses extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.

Ruth headed the strategic human resources management organization within a major government research and development center for over seven years. Included in her responsibilities were developing and leading large-scale cultural change strategies for the work force as well as the workplace. She has received numerous awards for that work.

Ruth also managed a corporate university within a major governmental organization for six years. She supervised a staff of 135 people, identifying and satisfying the education and training needs of 25,000 employees engaged in research, engineering, medical, financial, administrative and legal professions and an annual training budget of over $20 million dollars. Ruth also managed a productivity improvement and innovation program for a national government industrial complex with 45,000 employees, which produced over $250 million in documented improvements.

Over the years Ruth has developed a number of highly acclaimed presentations on innovation, team building, career planning and personal development. Ruth has a bachelor’s degree in experimental and clinical psychology, a master’s degree in logistics management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and over 1,000 hours of specialized management training. She has also completed post-graduate studies in personal and executive coaching. She has co-founded two successful small businesses and volunteers her consulting skills to local educational institutions and consortia.

Reuben Rail:

Reuben is a continuous Innovator who provides creative consulting services in key areas of internal marketing, referrals, language training, and business systems. Both solo practitioners, small businesses, and organizations have found value in his original and fresh approach to bringing more bottom line value and doing it with less cost.

After graduating with a BA in Psychology, and then moving into a Masters Psychology program, Reuben discovered his love for positive change and working with people. However, after exploring and reading more on the process of change he realized that working with businesses and companies was his true passion.

Since then he has worked as a business coach to help working professionals and small companies become more productive, organized, and increase their client base while minimizing their costs. During this time he also went back to school and obtained his MBA in Organizational Leadership.

Reuben has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners to create and systematize organized businesses that use innovative practices to bring in new clients. He works with each client in a collaborative partnership based approach to develop specific business strategies to dramatically increase the number of repeat and referred clients. He also has substantial experience in creating low cost marketing campaigns to bring in new clients using guerilla style marketing tactics and free technology resources.

Recognizing that innovation begins with the right thoughts and questions, Reuben has also dedicated much of his personal and professional study to the interpersonal dynamics of the innovation process. He has led teams and been a staff trainer in the business sector and for non-profits as well. He is a certificated Mediator through the California Alternative Dispute Resolutions Program and trained in Non-Violent Communication.
