Three Progressive Levels of Certification
Innovator. Our Innovator Certification Program focuses on the innovation ValueSet; development of Creativity; Visualize and Orchestrate Phases of the Cycle; analysis of current innovations; and an overview of innovation roles, responsibilities and expectations; a personal innovation skills development plan. Prerequisite: Everyone GoInnovate! Workshop.
Professional Innovator. Leading mission critical innovations is the essence of the Professional Innovator Program. Content includes: in-depth application of the Cycle; Collaboration skill development; direction on how to effectively align the Context; the four keys to successful innovation leadership; project management; the advanced tools in the GoInnovate! Inno-Tool Kit; motivating people; assessment of performance; introspection; a personal leadership development plan. Prerequisite: Innovator Certification.
Master Innovator. The essence of the Master Innovator Certification Program is the capacity to “influence up and train down”. Focus is on improving the organizational Context; instructing others in the principles, practices and tools of GoInnovate!; coaching GoInnovate; and a personal leadership development plan. Prerequisite: Professional Innovator Certification.
